You find out what you really know by being asked, and an agent can ask you all day without getting bored. Do these out loud with the agent off. If an answer needs the agent, that is your next piece of work.
Say it to your agent
“Ask me this with no hints: "You have ten minutes and a 400-line agent-generated diff. How do you review it?" When I answer, ask me to show it on a real pull request in this repo. Then mark which parts of my answer I could back up and which I couldn't.”
